Dossel’s Engineering began with two staff members, one being the owner. As business grew stronger, employee levels were forced to increase to match the demand and time frames as we all well know have become an integral part of all industries. The business now operates with an employee level of nine permanent, seven casual, and three apprentices. |
The business began operation as a small family business, under the confident instructions of Keith
and Eunice Dossel. As the family grew older, two of four siblings have continued the business into the
new millennium. Alan and Ivan Dossel, now the sole company directors, continue to offer top quality
service, as passed from our predecessor. We value our employee/employer relationship. Our employees
are a major investment of our business. |
As the business approaches its 30 th year in operation, plans are well under way to increase market domination in the steel industry, striving over the next 7- 10 years to place Dossel’s Engineering as one of the major steel fabrication companies in south east Queensland, operating within the Caboolture Shire area. |
